The PSI Audio A25-M is designed for audio professionals who demand the highest level of accuracy, neutrality and truth in monitoring. As the flagship three way active studio monitor in the PSI Audio range, it introduces a completely new mid range driver developed and manufactured in-house, pushing real world transparency further than ever before. Handcrafted in Switzerland, each A25-M is individually calibrated in an anechoic chamber and delivered with its own measurement sheet. The cabinet is built from premium wood and finished in Studio Red, Metal Black or Pure White. All electronics are 100 percent analogue with no DSP, preserving phase integrity and maintaining PSI Audio’s well known linearity. The handmade tweeter and new mid range driver work together with the powerful tri amplified design delivering 330 W + 130 W + 55 W, exceptional dynamics and a massive peak SPL of 124 dB at one metre.
With a frequency range from 28 Hz to 23 kHz, the A25-M provides full bandwidth accuracy suitable for mastering, mixing, music production, broadcast and post production. The rotatable tweeter mid unit (90 degree swivel) allows both vertical and horizontal placement while maintaining the same precise imaging. The monitor performs flawlessly at listening distances between approximately 1.3 and 4 metres and can be paired with PSI Audio subwoofers such as the Sub A125-M or Sub A225-M for extended low frequency monitoring.
