Never harsh or biting, Classic 96 converter cards are commonly described as having the depth and fidelity of “2-inch tape without the hiss”. Recordings and mixes have more punch and thickness without sacrificing dynamics or top end clarity. This allows engineers to save time in the studio by capturing dynamic performances and managing transients in a way that requires less compression and post processing.
