The Coil Audio CP-448 is a 4-channel phantom power supply designed to provide power to modern and vintage condenser microphones.
The Coil Audio CP-448 is required when used in conjunction with Coil Audio mic preamps (standalone and modules). It is designed to provide the purest phantom power free from any artefacts.

As the studio grows and new mics and preamps come in, I notice that some gear have "special needs" in order to sound its best. Believe me if you want (and in this case you should, because it is the truth) -an external phantom power supply can be crucial to avoid undesirable noise and interference. I even hear improvement in the sound using this particular one from Coil Audio (believe it or not). For people who, like me, enjoy the interior of equipment (built in quality), the CP-448 is amazing!
